Hunting Dog Photo Contest for SportsmansLife Cover – Official Rules

General Contest Rules:

All contestants agree upon entry that they own or have the rights to publish photos submitted to this photo contest. The sponsor of the contest is also given the right to republish and use photos in the future without further permission from the contestant and without any compensation to aforementioned contestant. All participants will not hold the contest sponsor liable for any damages, injuries, or losses to individuals or properties that involve any product attained through the contest and/or from the contest sponsor. Rules, contest criteria, contest administration, judging, and all other contest related activities are handled by SportsmansLife staff. The contest sponsor has no part in the decision making process or administration of the contest.

Individuals must meet the below criteria to enter:

  1. Contestant must be a member of SportsmansLife.com to enter. Join SportsmansLife.com here.
  2. Members must be at least 18 years of age to be eligible to win.
  3. Contestants must be legal residents of the United States.
  4. SportsmanLife employees and/or immediate family members are not eligible to win.
  5. Immediate family members and/or employees of the contest sponsor are not eligible to win.

Enter the Contest:

SportsmansLife Magazine is looking for one user’s hunting dog to put on the cover of an upcoming issue! Submit you hunting pal’s picture and the editors of SportsmansLife.com will select FIVE finalists to be voted on. SportsmansLife staff will notify the winner by email. All decisions are final. Enter by clicking here and submitting a photo. All entries become property of SportsmansLife and we reserve the right to publish these photos on the SportsmansLife website, magazine, or other SportsmansLife branded media. All contestants are limited to one submission every two weeks. Any violation of this will result in forfeit of prizes. Monthly winners receive a $200 gift certificate to Bass Pro Shops.

Photo Submission Criteria:

By submitting entries, contestants agree that they own and have permission or the right to publish all submitted photos. All photos must meet the following guidelines in order to be accepted into the contest. ANY PHOTO NOT ADHERING TO THE RULES WILL NOT BE POSTED ON THE WEBSITE AND WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THE MONTHLY PRIZE. Sportsmanslife staff has the right to reject any photo that they feel is inappropriate or not within the rules of the contest.

Submissions must meet the following criteria:

  1. Submitted images must be of your hunting dog.
  2. Submissions must not contain any lewd, violent, sexually explicit, illegal, or otherwise offensive content or imagery.
  3. Images must be less than 400KB in file size.
